Supporting Statement

The Myers Group is passionate about fairness and equality and are confident that men and women in the same roles are paid fairly and that pay is not influenced by gender.

We are pleased that in the last 12 months the mean pay gap has reduced from 13.2% to 11.3% and that the bonus gap has dramatically reduced. The Company remains committed to reducing the pay gap, and in particular by encouraging women into the higher paid roles in what is a male dominated sector.
